Suggestion/Compliment

Ok I will start with the compliment to give this topic a bit of a positive note!
1.) Amazing job to everyone who was at the 2 Mighty war today. We totally dominated them and it showed as they we're the biggest sore losers I have seen in a long time. We had them from start to finish and they knew it.
2.) Snipers - The snipers did an amazing job today. As soon as someone from the other clan had robes on he/she was hit HARD! At one point they did not have a single binder. The person they tried piling was able to run from wall to wall to wall without worrying about being binded. Another thing us snipers did today was pile their fall in leaders and totally disrupting them and what they were trying to do. A few times they couldn't even get a pile going and it ended up in them being in a total disarray.
3.) Hybrids - You guys did your job and kept our targets binded. I don't think any of them was even able to tank very long with the great job our hybrids did. Lets keep it up in this department and I swear to you we will win or atleast come close to winning every war we fight.
Now to my suggestion.
1.) A little fun thing we can do is for each month we can set goals in a few specific categories which the categories stay the same each month.
Category 1 - Memberlist/Recruit (for example) 10 members this month.
Category 2 - Pull (for example) 50+ people to a war.
Category 3 - Have no one kicked from the clan.
Category 4 - Move up atleast one spot in raw rankings.
Category 5 - Gain a combat level in clans combat average.
2.) I cant really think of any more suggestions at this time but when I do I will make a new post!

Sounds great. I'd really like to see the 50+ and the taking a RAW rank occur.

Well what we can do is have a sticky somewhere that has our Monthly Goals that we set. Those were just ideas as to what we can set as goals. You know what I mean!

I totally agree witht he compliment. 
About the suggestion - I think setting goals is of course a good thing to do, but having the same categories each month, I'm not sure: each month we may have varying objectives (Combat training, more organization, tightening the community, improving the noncombat aspect of the clan, recruitment etc...).
So I think it would be cool to have a clan goals topic for each month, but with the goals changing each month accordingly to the clan's needs/wants.

We almost pulled 50+ to todays war 49 LLL >.< but we where close, and yeah we did awesomly well today, Nice work WG!!!

Snowzak I think that will work to. We can switch the goals up each month so its not the same repetiveness. I hope the goals in its entirety is implemented as its something to look forward to try and accomplish each month!
