Just curious as to why he is still allowed in WG as our rules are fairly clear on that? First point on the WG rules being:

I mean I could understand if he was banned for something trivial such as offensive language (Gusmighster being an example of that) however he was banned for botting which in my eyes is one of the worst rules to break.

Umm i agree but that's happened to plenty of people. So many WG accounts have been banned and we've been lenient to it if they hadn't of quit RS we would have let them stayed. He's training up pretty fast, looks to be a decent member so why shove him away?
