Need Inactivity List

Can someone please compile me a list of members on our ML that don't regularly attend events or post.
Post the list on here for other members to proof read and debate.
Once we have a list of people who aren't active enough I can get around to talking to them.

As you can see, all of a sudden I'm motivated to work for WG.
I want the same from you guys.
Don't pass it on. Take up a job.

There energy is returning to the limbs of this clan.

Da Mate Nate: Trial Guardian

-Last visited forums nearly 3 weeks ago. With 2 events and that lack of visiting the forums surely he is bound to fail Trial?

Fbi3255: Guardian

-A friend of vephy, looking at his event count he has been to a max of one event since he graduated. From what I have seen this guy is an epic freeloader as about the only times I see him is when he wants WG to do something for him (26k'ing, Gwd trips etc.). Pretty inactive on forums.

-Has requested Ex-member or Emeritus weeks ago, posted a lvl 1 topic about it and nothing got done again. Come on council?

-Has requested Emeritus as he doesnt feel that he can meet activity reqs, though he isnt a higher guardian so technically shouldnt get it.

Big_Al_002 Guardian

-Frequent event skipper, looking at his total event count he hasnt been to a single event since he graduated though I do realise that isnt the case. Has issues other than his activity however.

I'm sure there's more, but those are the ones that spring to mind.

Rakker440 (Trial Guardian) - I heard that he doesn't even want to be in the clan anymore. I have never seen him before. Someone else could probably tell you more about this though.

Pminogue (Trial Guardian) - Since she has returned, I don't recall seeing her at many events, if any, and I rarely see her on IRC. Maybe she had troubles getting on the internet at the first half of her trial as I have seen her a bit more on this half. I don't think she will make her month to graduate however.

Abs (Elite Guardian) - As much as I love Abs, I have not seen him around since the first couple days that he came back from Emeritus. Maybe another move to Emeritus would be best until he can fully return? I see that he visited the forums 4 hours before this post. He could possibly be active again. I really don't know.

Looking at last forum activity, I get these names that have not visited the forums in 4 or more days: Rakker440, Starzhine, Fbi3255, and Da Mate Nate

The following people also have 2 or lower rolling event count: Da Mate Nate, slayer123121, Fbi3255, School Boy19, and Powerman24

FBI/Jordan - Had issues with someone coming in the irc about his pk stuff. I haven't seen him much since. He was on ts almost daily and I would chat to him. I think he sorta got put off by the irc thing.

Al - I see him in irc a good bit. He has issues. Not sure about some things that have come up recently.

Starz - She posted about inactivity. She is having major remodeling done to her house. If you feel she is to inactive, please contact her this time before demoting her. Last time Mugger did that and she was offended. She is very good person and I don't want her crushed by the clan.

Rackker440 - He is close friends, I think with Sjoerd/Frozen. Maybe have a chat with him to see what he knows.

Katie/Pminogue I'm not sure what is up with Catherine, but I have pm her and not gotten responses. She seems to be afk alot when she is in IRC. I find her behavior really odd. I have always liked her.

I'm not sure if this information will help you, but it is what I know. If I think of anything else, I will post it here.

Powerman was a nice aussie. Don't know what happened to him. Busy?

Big Al is on a ton. He really has no excuses. I think he is somewhat slow. He was late or didn't understand what was happening at the D&D event today. I'll try to get him to male one tomorrow. We have 3. Probably low attendance for few, but the wide range of times and different events might be appealing for members that don't usually come.

For Al's level of combat he seems like he doesn't know what I would expect him to know. He may have been a pc product or afk train up or something else I will keep to myself.

I know it seems impossible but sometimes he seems to know less than me and that is rather sad. lol I have an excuse.

Al is almost on his way out.
I'm very tempted to boot the guy for causing trouble.
He's a slightly more tame Crucio.

Weird FBI being inactivity. We did tds awhile back and he seemed to get on enough.

Get the shears out and prune guys. If you don't want to kick them then at least change their ranks to let them know we are actively watching the ML.

You are on a witch hunt, which is a very unattractive trait when it comes to myself and other people nominating for council. You have WG's interests at heart most of the time, but as a leader you can't be doing this to try and get him out of WG.

I don't like him but I will protect him because that is my job. And until he's done something that deserves a kick, that's my stance.

I have accepted that you're not going to kick Al, I had accepted that before the previous post and I am no-longer chasing him being kicked (though I do still feel it is the best for WG, his activity has fallen allot since joining AF).

The thing that pissed me off, is you talk about him up here and agree with the general idea that he was doing stuff wrong at the time, but you pinned the blame for shit stirring on "One or Two members" (Ie. ME) and clearly didn't threaten him that much about what he did wrong.

I have, and still will keep the evidence quiet, but I will still react in the same way if I see someone saying they are 'protecting' somone while proclaiming the exact opposite where they can't see.

I only want Al out of WG if there is a legitimate reason, I think there was since from my view he got a mere slap on the hand (correct me if I'm wrong).

If I was on one, I would have leaked PM's and this topic to him.

Rather than do a sweep, we have decided to PM several members warning in regards to their activity.

If their inactivity continues, they will either be asked to go emeritus or be kicked.

Both of you are ignoring one thing in this. Al leaked a private convo to a non WG member. Please at least explain to him that this is not something we do. If he hadn't leaked that then this whole lil fight between you two would not be going on right now. . .

I'll start watching Al closer as a friend and see if I can help him be better in WG.
