Well we still have to work out details, but here's what I think...
Don't do anything to the people who signed up as no, they were obviously busy. Just keep a log of them to see if it is consistent with some people.
Those who signed up as a YES and didn't show up should be punished hard I think, they told us they would be there but weren't.
Harder punishment on those who didn't sign up at all, like seriously a week notice and you don't even fucking post?

K well verbal warnings to the no sign-ups and tell them that it shouldn't happen often or even again at that.
And to those who signed up yes and didnt attend probably verbal warning and like make them start with the 3-4 strike system. Cause this was their first chance you know? Next time its warn lvl.
And to those who didn't even sign up at all, same punishments as those who signed up yes and didnt attend.
