I'm starting to feel the buzz.
The clan's getting a lot more energy.

These are the first signs of future growth.

Our raids are good (credit to you all, especially BTO), our forums are active, our community is healthy, recruitment is slowly picking up - it is better than before but not quite fast enough for massive growth.

We've got a decent clan now. That means we're going to find it easier to hold onto our members. It also means recruitment will come easier.

We're really turning around and I want to say well done to you all.
Keep training.
Keep recruiting.
Keep posting.
Keep raiding.
Keep going to events.
Keep talking in the IRC.

Maybe the buzz is returning. What happened to Motm and our other interesting things that are in WG. Awards, ranks, guardian score, events that are different, SOTW, etc. If we are wanting to be as good as we used to be then we need to keep these things going, its what attracts people to clans. We can't be just the regular old clan, we need to stand out and be the Wilderness Guardians.

I agree with Surfer. With what we can see on the outside, the staff isn't doing all that I believe that they can do to put this clan in the direction it needs to be in.

All of the small things really add up to make WG the clan that stands out, such as MoTM, promotions, special events, SoTW (both of them), and more of those things that sit on the forums. Hell.. I heard the other day that the recaps and attendances were backed up 2 weeks. I believe that allowing that to happen is complete and total bullshit.

We are on our way up, and without our staff, we as members can only do as much as you allow us to do. If you need a hand with something, ask us. I know for sure there will be at least a few that will be willing to help.

Regardless of my ranting, good job thus far. It is making a difference.

Everyone needs to remember that the clan is only as good as the Guardians. Host some events and put some effort into backing up the staff. They do have lives and should be able to enjoy the summer. They will be very active and get it all together, don't worry and have confidence in our staff.

Those that have access to higher lvl forums, use them as places to remind the staff of things they may be missing. You got that access for a reason. USE IT.
