Not quite sure what is going on here. However maybe it would be in your best interest to communicate with the leaders instead of getting angry at them immediately. They are here to help you.

Yeah...making a rant like this accomplishes nothing. Nobody really knows what you're talking about so nobody can do anything to help you.

George you promised him you were discussing this. I can see why he gets upset. If staff feels he is not ready then just tell him that. Not really fair to leave him hanging.

As I told him in a pm I sent earlier:
I pm'ed him on IRC when I saw him in it, 2 days after the staff said we would talk it over on June 23rd... so I assumed he had seen it.

I think perhaps a simple PM to a council member would have been more appropriate then this public rant.

update: ok gorge sent me a pm after his first post all i wanted. it got a little irritating..

1. should have declined/accepted on the spot, it shouldn't have been such a hard decision. ok u needed time to decide, 48 hours should have been enough to contact all the leaders, council

2. first complaint/reminder/notice/whateveruwanttocallit was after first few days, i asked gorge

3. asked darth, said they are still discussing

4. THIRD TIME AFTER TWO WEEKS i get my declined after posting this, if i sent a pm to a leader they would have prolly said...still discussing. so you think this is inappropriate to post to get the correct attention i need for this matter? may i say you fucked me for waiting for two weeks? and you say this thread is inappropriate?

i dont have time for wg atm still on my inactive (i ask kindly to respect that i have other things to do irl darth)...and mentorship would be a thing i could do while im inactive. but leadership declines so its whatever i dont really mind, its wg's loss anyways

That mentorship is NOT something that you can do as inactive.
It takes up more time than being a council member, it is the most important role that any member can ever have, even if there are a fairly large amount of us.

Also as I said, we didn't neglect you for 2 weeks, I told you in the IRC about it 2 days later.
