I have a week left of Uni holidays.
When Uni starts I won't drop all contact, but my activity will start going down.
By week three I will be in a constant state of inactivity.
You have one good week of activity with me, and then 3 weeks of semi-activity.

I did get the ball rolling. We have a direction, we have morale, we have some wilderness power.

In the last 3 weeks I have had of activity, the following has happened:

1. A massive upgrade to our minimum gear standards
2. Rise in P2P PKing, thanks a lot to BTO.
3. A small increase in recruitment - not much though.
4. A new event leader
5. An increase in our combat average by one level

And in this last week you will get:

1. The upgraded clansite
2. A new raid leader

And then in the following three semi-active weeks you will get:

1. New RSC recruitment material
2. A new council member
3. The final push for recruitment.

What I failed to do in all this, was substantially increase our ML.
We are at the same number, but the good news is that activity rate of the ML is much higher now.

But we need to be at least 70 to become competant in the wilderness, and at least 90 to stand on our own legs in f2p.

You just have to recruit and I can't do that myself.

The following week is important for recruitment for sure... Let us try to recruit more. That is our weakest area at the moment. I'll get more events for next week going. I like the events members are creating as well Particularly Ludo, good job mate.

i've tried recruiting douzens of people but they just dont want to join a clan or just dont wanna have to go to events and most just wanna skill.
Then the few that wanna join a clan are to lazy to fill in application forms etc
also a little percentage is even to stupid to set up their chat in swiftkit

that last bit is very annoying and i havent got anyone who actually did anything more then intro, they dont login into rs or ignored me.

I do admit, I haven't been pulling my weight 100%
Mining got the best of me, and i never put 200% of my effort into recruiting. But starting this Friday I'm in all the way.

I outta recruit. I have been trying to recruit people in-game but as you said, it has failed. I have tried recruiting a few friends, but they ignore me. But yeah, I will continue trying.

Wow Gene that went so fast, loved the pking trips you attended you make us all laugh with your antics. Ill try my best to recruit!

If all of us could recruit one member.. and actually have them stay active.. that would put us at 110+!!.. The equipment requirements have gone up, yes, but thankfully ALOT of WG members have been compliant with the requirements.. which is outstanding! That shows the pure dedication of some of these members..

As far as recruitment goes, however, Alot of people apparenlty only want to join clans that are for warring only.. no fun events or for the community.. there IS Hope yet.. I know it, but we have to PUSH to recruit.. I admit, I have not put forth the effort to recruit, ALL of my potential recruits either run and hide under a rock, or just fall short and give up.

If we lose ANYONE over the promotion of the Trial raid leader.. then you are not worthy to be in WG. If you can't take a little bit of competition and showmanship and admit defeat when you are not chosen for a promotion and you leave? Then don't even try.. WE CAN DO THIS GUYS!!! I BELIEVE IN WG!!

One question about the clan site...

Do you know of all of the places that you need to make changes, or would you like for us to tell you of all of the nooks and areas that you need to change? I have found a few, along with a few other members saying something about it in IRC.

We could basically make a checklist.

What's after the 3 weeks of Semi-Activity? More activity or inactivity?

And yeah, you did get the ball rolling Eugene, thank you <3, well done to all the Council, Staff & Members who put in effort to get WG back into shape
