I have this idea.

Alright well i thought of this a couple weeks ago but never got it out. We desperately need recruitment and more members so this is basically a 100% recruitment event idea.
We all know that Gene is a pro recruiter and i wanted to use that.
Here's the pitch:
Get Gene to pick a time good for everyone, make this a MANDATORY event.
We all get on TS, and basically Gene leads this event. We really need to learn how to recruit well on RSC, RSB, Tipit and stuff. So Gene tells us to go on RSC or something, and go find somebody looking for a clan. We all follow along click by click. We eventually find somebody in need for a clan, we read the stuff and Gene tells us what to do to comfort this guy to joining WG. How we speak to him, how we accompany him and let show him that WG is the clan for him.
It has to help, because i know most people don't put that much effort into recruiting.

You wont find a time that's good for every1 and people will get confused and be talking over each other etc it just wont work ...

It's called moderating the TS channel. It's what we use to keep you, Andrew, from talking ^.^
And if we can't find a time good for everyone, we'll do 2 sessions. It has to be done, Gene can do it in the morning for latenight EST/GMT and he could do it at night for the early morning EST/afternoon GMT.
I don't think you understand Andrew, we need this.

It's a good idea but if you'll notice some people such as Gene and Zemus for example have a certain charisma that makes people want to listen to them. Many famous actors, politicians, etc have charisma. The majority of the people don't so you can explain how to do something doesn't mean the person can do it. Some people just come across better than others, these people are also the ones who tend to get hired. 
For those people who don't some can force themselves into it or find some other angle that makes people join. People have to find that angle and use the angle that works for them, you can't expect 100% recruitment, it won't work, you'll lose more members than you gain. I'm babbling so I stop now

Honestly, don't use any pre-made formats. Use pictures and such but not anything pre-made.
I went to RSB forums, found a "Looking for clan" thread, posted on it, doing everything that he wanted me to do plus more, found him online and then talked to him quite a bit.
If everyone does that once every other day, even if they get one a week to join, we would grow like wild fire. Then the inactives wouldn't matter and we would still be growing.
