S.H.I.T Training Course

By red_knigh410 on 12/07/2009
A new training course for all members.

The S.H.I.T. Training Course
In order to assure the highest levels of quality work and productivity from members, it will be our policy to keep all members well trained through our program of SPECIAL HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING (S.H.I.T)

We are trying to give our members more S.H.I.T than anyone else. If you feel that you do not receive your share of S.H.I.T on the course, please see your Duke. You will be immediately placed at the top of the S.H.I.T list, and our Vice Dukes are especially skilled at seeing you get all the S. H. I. T. you can handle.

Those that pass Super High Intensity Training get the new Super High Intensity Training Honorary Education And Development AWARD

S.H.I.T.H.E.A.D AWARD

Members who don't take S. H. I.T. will be placed in DEPARTMENTAL EMERGENCY EVALUATION PROGRAMS (D.E.E.P.S.H.I.T).

Those who fail to take D.E.E.P. S.H.I.T seriously will have to go to EXTRA ATTITUDE TRAINING (E.A.T.S.H.I.T). Since our Vice Dukes took S.H.I.T before they were promoted, they don't have to do S.H.I.T anymore, and are all full of S.H.I.T already. If you are full of S.H.I.T, you may be interested in a job teaching others. We can add your name to our BASIC UNDERSTANDING LIST of LEADERS (B.U.L.L.S.H.I.T).

For members who are intending to pursue a career in management and consulting, we will refer you to the department of MANAGERIAL OPERATIONAL RESEARCH EDUCATION (M.O.R.E.S.H.I.T). This course emphasizes how to manage M.O.R.E. S.H.I.T

If you have further questions, please direct them to our HEAD OF TEACHING,
SPECIAL HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING (H.O.T.S.H.I.T).

In an effort to maintain advancement, tribe members that suffer a reduction of points through village loss will be referred to the Department of Underdeveloped/Mediocre Battleplans, Special High Intensity Training (D.U.M.B. S.H.I.T.). For a period of 48 hours the tribe member will be required to go through Constant Re-Acquisition/Zero-Yield, Special High Intensity Training (C.R.A.Z.Y. S.H.I.T.), where the member will launch an aggressive campaign to regain lost village(s).

In order to facilitate a successful completion of C.R.A.Z.Y. S.H.I.T., the tribe member will be assigned an Account Sitting Specialist (A.S.S.) to monitor progress. The A.S.S. will verify that the tribe member is actively attempting to regain his villages over the C.R.A.Z.Y. S.H.I.T. period. He may require you to give him access to your account every 30 minutes to two hours to verify your progress.

The specialist is not part of department and should not be confused with a Department of Underdeveloped/Mediocre Battleplans, Account Sitting Specialist (D.U.M.B. A.S.S.). The assigned A.S.S. has successfully completed some Masterfully Accomplished Destruction through Constant Re-Acquisition/Zero-Yield, Special High Intensity Training (M.A.D. C.R.A.Z.Y. S.H.I.T.) by single handedly eliminating a player with twice the number of villages and no less than 50k points, without support form the tribe. As a result he as been appointed Battle Accomplished Divisor, Account Sitting Specialist(B.A.D. A.S.S.) privileges by the ruling members of the tribe.

During the course of the campaign, the entire tribe will assist by giving you a Logically Analyzed, Overbearing Dissertation of Special High Intensity Training (L.O.A.D of S.H.I.T.) and may continue to give you S.H.I.T. well after the campaign is finished.

I want to be a B.A.D.A.S.S.
