So yeah..1 month of work gone.
I am still 9m worth though so I'm happy, after I got max melee i only had 800k. Runecrafting was my only choice so I got it up to like 1.4m and then I found out how to 26k. After 1 month I became 14M worth, and now I'm broke, no money left.
Bought 70 con and 70 herb

Meh herb to me is pretty useless, but at the higher levels in P2P I guess you use a lot of pots and brews so it might be worth it, depending on what your RS lifestyle is like.
You basically buy construction levels but it is pretty sweet being able to show off a nice house, I'd say 70 is a good level to be at.
And as Chimp said, make sure you have enough dhide sets and DDS's to survive Jagex
