George's Guide for running SotW + CSotW

Whilst I take a leave of absence for important reasons (partying in Switzerland), Darth_Magul has volunteered to run Skill of the Week + Combat Skill of the Week in my absence.
So here is how:
Part One: End Attack CSotW
Step One:
Go to the Attack CSotW topic.
Step Two:
Go to the Google Docs Page and SIGN IN with the following info:

Step Three:
Once signed in, click on the document that says "Attack CS of the Week 7". This works just as an Excel Spreadsheet does.
Simply use Runescript in the IRC to find out the Ending Exps of everyone and then COPY and PASTE those exps into the "Skill Ending Exps" column.
Step Four:
The spreadsheet will AUTOMATICALLY calculate the exp gains for you - I have set up the formula to do that already.
Step Five:
Look back at the "Attack Cs of the Week Topic" and look above the table to where it says the tier exp amounts. I recommend that you write which tier everyone received directly onto the spreadsheet for the tiers or highlight the names , your choice
Step Six:
When you have finished with the spreadsheet, go to File ---> Export---> .html Sheet Only:
A new page will come up. Right click the page and select "View Source". Select All of the html there and COPY it.
Step Seven:
Go back to the "Attack Cs of the Week Topic" on the forums and click "Edit". Go down to where the current table is, and delete ALL of that html and replace it with the HTML you just got.
Make sure the html is between the following tags:

Step Eight:
Give the relevant attendances to those who got them: Clicky
Step Nine:
Say who the top 3 are on the topic, in bronze/silver/gold colours if you can be bothered
and then post their names onto the Sotw Winners Pinned Topic!Part One COMPLETE!!

Part Two: Start Defence CSotW Sign-Ups + Competition
Step One:
No need for voting, Defence has been decided upon.
So as soon as you finish doing all the exps for Attack CS of the Week, start the sign ups for Defence.
Make a new topic in the CS of the Week Forum. and call it [Sign-Ups] CS of the Week 8, ~Defence
Step Two:
Using my prompts from other CS of the Week Topics (like the attack one), make the tiers (perhaps same as attack?) and post the sign ups.
Make the sign ups end on the Sunday at Midday EST/5pm GMT, this is when the competition is going to begin as well.
Step Three:
At Midday EST on Sunday 26th July start the competition:
Make a new topic in the CS of the Week Forum, include the tiers, but not the starting exps.
The starting exps are found automatically by Robbie's script, which SHOULD take the exps on Sunday 26th July at that time.

Step Four:
Um... encourage people to train (?)

Part Three: End Slayer SotW
Step One:
Go to the Slayer SotW topic.
Step Two:
On that topic, you will again see an HTML table, just like on the Attack CSotW topic. Remember that I said that Skill of the Week exp GAINS are now calculated by Robbie's amazing script? Well i'm going to show you how that works....
At the end of the week (Sunday 26th July) - Click Here
This will take you to the WG.com database where all the exp files are stored.
EVERY Sunday at 5pm GMT/Midday EST, Robbie's script takes the exp of EVERY skill of EVERY WG clan member + emeritus who are registered on these forums.
So on July 19th it will take the starting exps and on July 26th it will do the same thing, giving you the ending exps.
Step Three:
On that page, you will see a whole load of .csv files. These are the files containing all the exps. It will just look like a bunch of numbers at the moment, and you won't know which exps are the slayer ones YET, just bare with me.
Look at where it says the "Last Modified" dates on the second column on that page...
You will see that the script took the Starting Exps on 19-Jul-2009 12:00 EST (5pm GMT) - exps here.
On 26th July at the same time (give it a few mins, around 5pm GMT/Midday EST) the script will take the exps again, giving you the ENDING exps.
Again, there is no need to post these ending exps, just the exp gains which I will tell you how to find in the next step.
Step Four:
Ok, the competition is over, the ending exps have been taken by Robbie's script... but how do we find the exp gains!?!??
Easy! Using a compare script.
For the compare script you simply edit in the filename of the .csv starting and ending exp files and it will give you the exp gains, HOW COOL.
Example: (for a random week in March: 22nd - 29th March)
Look back at the page which contains all the .csv files.
Find the 22nd March + 29th March Exp Files.
The 22nd March one as you can see is called : 20090322.csv
The 29th March one as you can see is called : 20090329.csv
So we need to put these two file names (20090322.csv & 20090329) into the compare script:

That compares the two exp sheets and gives you THE EXP GAINS!! woooot.
Ok now for this week, for the end of slayer sotw, you just use that compare link above, and plug in the .csv files, like so:

(You will need to replace the ???????? with the file numbers when they appear on 26th July at Midday EST)
Step Five:
You will see on the exp gain compare script page that it has given you the exp of EVERY SKILL of EVERY PERSON.... therefore you need to quickly go back to Google Docs and again sign in with the information given in Part One.
Click on the spreadsheet which says "Slayer Skill of the Week Ending Exps". This is a spreadsheet I made, which atm is COMPLETELY blank.
Simply go back to the compare script page, copy THE ENTIRE PAGE, all the exps of EVERY MEMBER + SKILL and paste it into the spreadsheet, (paste in square A1).
Step Six:
Now just delete the columns you don't need (ie: every column except slayer)

Now just export in the usual way.
File--->Export--->.html sheet only. View the source of that page, select all + copy into the forum sotw page (Clicky) and paste between the doHTML tags:
