[Recap] TS Meeting_[Updated]

Our TS meeting was a little disorganized today. I'll work on making that better next time. We started with friendly banter and a few laughs . . .
Attendance:
Omar was in the meeting with us.

If I missed anyone in attendance please post.
Recruiting Our goals are not going as well as planned. Hopefully Gene's tips will start paying off.
WG Lobby We talked about how most of WG conversations could be going on in the Lobby and rarely is there any official or private business being discussed. Briefly discussed some of the inappropriate stuff in the lobby . . .
Skill War Talk about it being planned now and how it will be one week long. There will be no raids during that week. They have a clan in mind now but the details have not been worked out. (Darth updated us.)
Raids Only discussion was that our attendance averages around 20.
Forum Activity Since we seem to have about 20 active members posting on the forum, I'm going to hold another challenge for attendance. I'll work out the details and post soon.
Combat Requirement We briefly discussed how we now have 42 members that are lvl 120 plus and that our 130+ is around half the clan. This has all developed since we lowered our requirements. (Omar briefly went insane telling us we need to raise them to lvl 120.)
Gear Requirements This seems to be working out great. Not really any complaints from intros about the expense or anything.
Skill Events Even though some have had low attendance. It seems the average is around 10 to attend. The Castle Wars event was a great success. Over all this areas seems to have improved. Though some comments were made that if you have a bandos spot you wouldn't leave to go skill. Very positive input.
Thanks to all that attended this ts meeting.
(We briefly talked about my gear stuff, but that was all on a personal lvl. We discussed Darths 2 week fail. Omar sang us a lil drug song.)

I thought no raiding was just an idea...
I think that it would be a mistake to take away raiding since that's such an attraction right now, even if it would be just for that week.

I had suggested the skill war to be 3 days. Darth was just letting us know what was in the progress of the planning in higher levels. They said it was only one week out of the year.

What are the guys who dont participate in the skill war, going todo? Just like not have an event all week? Sounds a little harsh...
