Fat Princess

Anyone getting it? It's probably the most anticipated PSN arcade game released, and it's coming out tomorrow for $15.

The best way I can describe Fat Princess to you Runescapers and former Runescapers: it's a lot like Castle Wars, except deeper, quirkier, and a whole lot bloodier.



For those who haven't heard of it, it's a medieval, castle siege, capture the flag type game. The twist is that instead of capturing flags, you're rescuing princesses, who you can feed cake to in order to make heavier, and therefore harder for the other team to rescue and carry back to their base.

The game will come with a 5-hour single player campaign and skirmish mode, but the meat of the game is in the 32 player online play, releasing with 8 maps.

Nah, never been high unless you count the laughing gas in the dentists' office.

Fat Princess is the stuff. That's all. Been anticipating it for a year now since it was showcased at E3 2008.

It's proved to be well worth the weight. Pun intended.
