SC Items/Brawlers/Stockpiling Exp

Guardians,
I have confirmed several finer details of the Olympics with TBE:
SC TOOLS ARE ALLOWED
BRAWLER GLOVES ARE ALLOWED
Stockpiling Exp: ALLOWED
By stockpiling exp I mean:
- Gathering agility tickets before hand if you are doing agility for the olympics, and then cashing them in when the competition starts.
- Gathering lots of Squ'irk juice before if you are doing thieving.
Etc. It's allowed!
Start preparing now! Buy those logs, tan those hides!!

Lol didn't know what sq'irk juice was before this topic.
I was planning on doing thieving as one of my skills, maybe I'll check out that minigame.
Edit: This reminded me of another question. Do penguin points stack from week to week? Like can I get like 15 one week and 15 the next and cash 30 in? If so I would probably do that to help.

If I can compete, it would be in a skill that you cannot buy so I would not compete where you can collect items in advance.
