Wow, I don't think I've seen a more petty/pathetic reason for a topic than this, and we've got Keanu trolling around.
We need More Euro mentors (and have done for a while) so they fast-tracked his application so that he can take a mentee ASAP. What's wrong with that? its like, one or two days early, but that is because there is an urgent need for mentors. If the US or Aus urgently needed mentors I'm sure they'd be fast tracking them as well.
I agree with Red in those quotes.

Yes, one side would leave a new member without a mentor to help him, while the other bends the rules slightly to help out the new member with a mentor to help him out.

i also got a mentee and im not mentor yet, i only get accepted till 7th, but since dutch frag didnt have mentor, i asked if i could help

Get a grip Al. We know you're bitter cos you didn't get to be a mentor, but seriously, what does Red Buddas being made a mentor a day early have to do with you? Nothing, so drop it. It's not like he gets any extra power being a mentor or anything, it's not as if council fast tracked his raid leader/council application and gave him that position without considering the other candidates.
You must have seen the number of new apps/intros, and ALOT of them have been european, hell, half of the netherlands seems to be applying, surely you should be pleased to see the council doing something to help the massive amounts of new guardians.
Every single one of these topics you make just further highlights why you weren't 'currently' a suitable candidate for mentor. I say currently, because you clearly care alot about this clan, but I don't think you care about the members as individuals, and if they get something you don't, and the rules maybe had to be bent slightly for them to get it early, you flip out.
I'm not gonna say too much, because this just isn't the time or place, and I'm trying my damned hardest not to just start flaming you, but seriously, grow up.
