I really think we need to re-think his role in WG.
Personally...all he does is cause more and more drama. Not huge outbursts and slump inducing drama (yet), but just a crap load of day-to-day drama that we REALLY don't need...at all.
I mean, he's a loud mouth with absolutely nothing to say. I'd be a little more tolerant if he actually wrote things out intelligently, but he's typing without any direction whatsoever.
His IRC "Suggestion" was a complete joke - can be found here.
It's like he wrote it as each individual thought came to his head...and apparently some came twice. I mean...what is this? SERIOUSLY?
I mean we've put up with him, but it's pretty obvious a significant amount of people aren't exactly thrilled with him.
Plus, he's really just not motivated. He's said time and time again that he puts in his hours for WG and that is that. He cries about not getting recognition for the "stuff" he does for WG, but doesn't want to put in the extra effort to actually deserve the recognition (which I personally believe isn't there to be given). His priorities are SO fractured that he can't really function.
In his temporary inactivity post (which I think is a laughable reason to be temporarily inactive from WG) a single raid broke his bank...a single raid? Fine, maybe he just got targeted a lot and died. But...to not be able to make money for ANY sets in the time between raids? We're not an active weekday clan, and we've got like 2 raids on the weekend; BTO's Saturday raid and the Aussie raid (now maybe a GMT raid due to Lee being a Raid Leader in the GMT timezone).
There is ample time between BTO's raid and the Aussie raid to make money for about 5 range/melee sets. But as Dylan posted here Al has money but uses it for himself when he KNOWS he'll need it for sets. I know we can't force people to do stuff for WG but to allow him to blatantly toss us to the side is an insult to all the members of this clan that DO put in the effort.
That leads back to his "scheduled" mentality. It's as if there are times that he sets aside for WG like you'd do for a daily schedule; go to the gym for an hour, go home and do HW, eat dinner, take a 30 minute beak, do more HW. It's like he does that for WG but obviously doesn't put enough time in, and then complains about random shit.
He's trouble. Maybe now it's just insignificant stuff, but can you honestly say that you don't believe that he'll lead to something worse down the line?

I actually think it's quite funny when he posts something and gets owned by every member + staff member who own his topics with witty responses 
His topics actually make me laugh a great deal, because of his frequent naivité and incompetence L..
But that inactivity topic did NOT make me laugh.
If he raid skips and uses that as an excuse then he's gone. We have 2 monster hunts this week, both at different times, he's bound to be online for one of them = easy money.

Case in point. I made an observational post and explained why I thought he wasn't ready...and he gave up.
His reply basically proved my post true.
He wants everything from us, but wants it from the minimal amount of work. He wants to meet our guidelines for everything and expects THAT to be enough.
