Joe has finally worked his way up to 100% warn.
It was inevitable and all as a result of his own doing.
He is now banned for constant flaming which caused him to be suspended in June of this year.
He showed disgusting behaviour to ex-members in #wg_lobby as well, as well as flaming guests around the same time.
He has also had several warns over the past few months for flaming staff members and before that warn levels for not bringing correct gear to raids last year.
To top it off, over the last few weeks he has been abusing the "report a topic" feature more and more, concluding with reporting the same topic 21 times in 7 minutes yesterday.
He was verbally warned firmly by Lordy last night for that, but did it again this morning.
Evidence:

meh he hated me from day one of me in WG last year, so i'm not gonna sympathise but also i'm not gonna gloat that he's banned either, all i'm gonna say is g'bye Joe time is up.

Joe was the best hater we had in WG ever. Yes, Rick Hamm and he may have had some conman traits. But the one that stands out most on both of them was my loyal friends and clan mates. I'm extremely disappointed in this.
Joe was one of the most loyal members, gave hard truth opinions and took no crap from people just cause they had been here a long time.
You all have no idea how much I am upset over this.

I agree ive not known him as long, but hes so dedicated to WG and some of what hes been banned for is in my opinion, not needed.
I don't know what else to say on the matter I'm just sad to see something like this had to happen.

As much as Joe was a great member over his time in WG, he also got more warnings and 'second chances' than any member deserves no matter how loyal.
I saw what he had done yesterday morning, and thought it was fairly disgusting as he had obviously done it purely to spite council. Going and repeating it the next day, or the same day after he was warned not to keep doing it is just a load of shit, and personally, he earnt his 100% warn.
Its a shame, because as everyone says, he was a very loyal member, but his attitude didn't match his loyalty.

No i'm afraid it wouldn't have Kathy, because the 21 reports were all for bs reasons. He was using it as a big, colossal joke. He was misusing the feature.
If you misuse the "Report a Player" feature in RS, you get banned.
If you misuse the "Report a Topic" feature in WG, you get a warn. It was just his fault to have 80% already.

There's been a terrible misunderstanding.
I never gave Joe that final warning because I never saw him on the IRC when I was on.
It is all my fault. I was slow to act and you naturally assumed I had done it.
He technically can stay banned, but if you could do me the favour of unbanning him I'd appreciate it... but you don't have to since he DID earn 100%

look..people ill give you my two cents if you care to listen
joe was a really good member, in fact one of the best members ive seen in wg so far. he never let his warnings stop him from keeping in contact with wg, and i really respect that. joe was a really good force in raids and humorous in irc at almost all times. i remember returning with him to raids; he was just a really great member.
but my other side is if he really cares about the welfare of wg and its guests he will need to stop flaming towards other people like that. he has done it to me, i dont mind him for that but it really has to be reconsidered. maybe starting fresh? you could put him on a warn level program; joe however has gotten these warn levels over and over again. i will go with the crowd and say BRING JOE BACK FFS
Review his actions carefully, though.

Tecchnically he shouldn't be banned because the main reason for his banning was continuing to report posts after being warned. However, he wasn't warned.
