I think he deserves some respect...I mean it's obvious that he likes the clan or he wouldn't be around anymore. I know a lot of people don't like him but he's kicked not banned, he should be talked to like an applicant if he shows potential. I don't see anyone trying to help him become a better person, just making fun of him.

I actually supported him when other staff wanted to kick him, but it's just got beyond that now.

Look at his mentorship topic, David posted constructive criticism and he instantly became defensive/rude. I talked to him repeatedly in PM in an attempt to get him to realise that he often dealt with issues badly.

I have to say, that Al had no idea how to deal with any issue correctly. Small things like being kicked from the IRC as a 'joke' resulted in ridiculous rant topics, and more serious issues.... resulted in more rants.

His solution to any problem was to rant, and if you suggested a reasnoable solution that he didn't agree with (I suggested that he talk issues over with people more before making rants, as an example) he had the habit of cutting you off and refusing to discuss it. He really had no idea how to appropriately deal with anything, hence his solution was to create drama.

I guess the witch got burnt at the stake (lol).

I was helping Al when I could. You all forget he is only 14. At that age it is 50% chance that they are mature especially while playing a game.
