He got declined for going over the 45 day limit I think.
As for Kenshln, he pisses me off. Everytime we fight EoS, and I'm getting sniped, I always know who it is. He camps on me the full fight just about. Killed him a good amount of times due to retaliation though.

Na job got declined the 5th time (lol) because he said to someone he had no intentions of applying so omniusha got mad and declined him for wasting his time.
For kenshln though, I always love sniping him, mainly because he's always in blast gear and you're always guaranteed a hit if you use 2 styles
