Look you've got to accept the resons why you got demoted, i don't know how much evidence there is against you but there were resons behind this.
If you still want to leave it would be a sad occasion for such an old member to go.
hopefully this is just a bad reaction to seeing yourself demoted and you'll reconsider.

Well I think you getting demoted while on vacation was horrible decision making(no offense council but it was). Andrew try think this one over, I'm sure there many reasons to stay here? You have friends here including me.

Besides, he's going away for like 2-3 weeks... couldn't wait until then to demote him....

Personally i'd like to know why it was soo important that he be demoted and why he was actually demoted...

Through the many months that we have known each other, you have always been there for me when I needed you most. I have tried to stay out of your decision to leave or stay. It is your choice and no matter what, I am sure our friendship will continue.

I can only say that, I would of handled the situation differently. I always respected you as a clan mate and your rank wasn't the reason for that. You have a truly good heart. I remember seeing the old Andrew and how hard you worked to change and mature. You will do great in any clan, job, relationship, and in general life. I hope you focus on Uni.

Don't let this bring you down. When you sit with your family and enjoy life, you will realize how unimportant the rank truly is. To me your a hero. You know why and keep looking to your future. I know you will succeed.
