So I have to step down...

... but I really don't want to and can't bring myself to do it.


I don't know what to do. I want to keep my position and help out I'm just not active enough. I don't play RS anymore, I guess after 5 years I have finally lost interest. With university starting in less than a month, my job making me miss nearly every raid/important event and overall lack of interest in the game is why I'm making this topic I guess. Not sure what else to say.

Oh and these WoW things I'm doing, it's because it pisses me off that people say things about me without knowing anything so I figured I might as well portray myself the way people already see me as.

Well... the problem is it would have been easier if you had said this like during the period of trial raid leaders...
We could promote Dieyou straight away to RL I guess? (Since 1_bad_john was kicked for inactivity it wouldn't be bias).

As much as I love your personality, what you're capable of and what you've done in the past, to be brutally honest, you haven't been doing your job. I've been feeling kinda strained for the past couple of months since I havent had much help .

I think you've been a great warlord/raid leader before, but I think its time.

What rank are you going to stay as

Yeah p2p was never my thing, you know how I was really hesitant to step up and do things with our p2p movement. F2P was always my passion and my forte and the fact that we don't f2p raid was a big bummer for me. Yeah I guess you could throw the "then why don't you do something about it" card at me but I guess thats where my inactivity comes into play.

I'll decide what I want to go to later this evening.

Aww damn Sean. Dude you know we all love you, you were a phenomenal warlord and raid leader in the past but like you and others have said already it is time.

I'm glad for you man, moving on to RL. I just wish i could be busy enough to quit RS, it really is a waste of life.

I hope w/e you do it will be the right choice man, i'll be behind you no matter what.

I think it's better not to dwell on this disappointment and instead be extremely grateful for what you did give.
After all, you stepping up to this rank was you volunteering. We can't be selfish. We will take whatever you are prepared to give. If you choose to step down, I will accept that, and be thankful for all you have done.

You've been magnificent, even though you went inactive recently. In the end, we all want you to be happy and if this is how you do that, kudos.

I will take Elite Guardian for now. Treat me as any regular one, if I get too inactive demote me to Emeritus, should you see I'm fit for that.

You did a good job while you were here. I always thought you were a really good leader, but this decision is for the best. I wish you luck and hope you have fun at Uni and Wow(lulz WoW joke).

On another note BTO is probably overloaded now and I don't see why we can't promote Die to raid leader? I'm not sure though, school is starting up. I'd approach him for the job though. Unfortunate this didn't happen sooner but we should PM him ASAP.

Edit: He told me weekdays are most likely out. Weekends should be good, except big projects from school n' stuff. He would be enthusiastic about having the opportunity.
