BTO - Like I have praised you for in the past, your raid leading is spectacular and you've taken this clan and turned us into a real p2p force. I am very grateful.
George - In recent weeks I've noticed you come out from just ordinary duties, and you've taken on the tougher decisions, like Groedius. You are becoming more independent as a leader and that's making me very proud. You're real 2IC material.
Darth - You are becoming the new Glenn. You're really down to earth and you have the best relationship with the member and they really trust you. You've been great in doing all council duties and you're amazing at every job the council does.
Just wanted to congratulate all of you and convey my gratitude. I will do my absolute best to help but of course it is minimal.

I just want to add a few notes to this post.
1. Can we please not kick anyone else for a while unless its urgent? Keep the inactives for now. I don't want our ML to go under 70. Recruitment has to go back up. We lost ground this week because we lost more members than we gained. It's not good for morale. Recruitment needs to get pushed, and that means hanging around the lobby for a start, and RSC posting as well.
2. BTO, if you are getting strained with raid leadership, I don't want you to burn out. You're the best warlord WG has ever had on par with Kenshln, and losing you would be a near fatal bullet. I want YOU to have fun as well and enjoy WG. Promote a raid leader to replace DZ if you so choose. I have Aussie covered, Lee has GMT covered, but most of the clan is American and you can't do it by yourself. BE CAREFUL not to burn out. I want you to keep your love for raiding. Perhaps break up the routine a bit so its not so boring... Perhaps declare an official non-returning war at the greater demons, like the old school DOA war. You know... bring back the glory of official wars... I will hype it up and make a war prep and everything.
3. Post below and tell me what you want the most. I've been neglecting your ambitions. You joined the council to see things done. George I know you want the clansite done, and I WILL do that this week and if I don't I'll mail you a present or something. I have been So0o0o0o0 lazy with it so that will be my thing. What about you Darth, and BTO? Name it and I'll see what I can do.

Agreed, we've kicked/demoted quite a few people this week.
Well I really appreciate this
Since school is starting soon, I'm trying to take advantage of my real life right now as much as possible. My goal is to have at least 2-3 pvp events each week, but its been difficult since I dont have the time that I initially had. I do want to promote another Raid Leader, but I'm not sure who could take the post as well as what I want.
As for an official war, I'm not sure where to start and who would be a good match for us. Its just alot more easy for me to raid then to arrange stuff.

Well I did hear about a plan for staff getting WG.com e-mail addresses.. plans for that?
