3) Will you be able to get the required WG fighting gear ( http://www.wildernessguardians.com/forum/i...showtopic=12791 ) within a month of joining?
I have most of it. So yeah, it won't be hard to throw another 1-2m to get the rest.
4) What method of validation did you choose in Step 3? (Referral by two members (state their names)/SMS Service/Ex-Member/Ex-Top Clan Member)

USA, Central Time, GMT -6
7) How many hours per week can you dedicate to WG? And how many hours of those are during a weekend?
Quite a few. Especially until school starts on the 21st. Other than that I occasionally work to pay my house bills.
8) Are you currently a Member of RuneScape, or a Free Player of RuneScape?
Member, of course.
9) Please post a picture of yourself in our IRC Channel. For help with this, post in Guest Talk.

This appears to be all in order, however I am afraid that there is a minimum application accepting time of 12 hours. So this cannot be accepted until 12 hours after you posted it.
Oh also - I'm afraid I won't be able to be your Mentor (since I live in England and you will be assigned a mentor who lives in the same country as you)... however perhaps Darth_Magul
