Torrent speed problems?

i just wondering if there are ways to make my torrents download faster.

Also as to why im only using 3(426) seeds to download.

Umm usually it's because you're firewall is blocking it, or your ports aren't forwaded, you can sort this out by going onto google and doing a heap load of crap to forward them.

Google "Port forwading" then you need to find your router n stuff, it's a pain in the ass but makes the dl's faster.
