His two accounts are perm banned.
He is currently attending was using other people's accounts.
I feel slightly odd, and a bit uncomfortsble about this.

Hmm. Well if he can permanently get his hands on an account and stick to it, I'd allow him. Kinda confusing if he constanlty switches.

It's be better for him, as Glenn said, to get a permanent account, using other WG members accounts could result in some problems... and yes, being in WG without an account is kind of controversial (on the active ML).

He was using Amandas account yesterday. But I agree with the above, it might cause problems if he is using other accounts instead of his own.

Papatewiki isn't banned because Runescript can still find the stats... It is locked as far as I know. He does need to have his own account, and the sooner the better tbh.

I've spoken with Zeke. We've made a deal, I told him my Plans.
I'll summarise:
You need 4 Months devotion to Wg OR Higher Guardian Rank to gain Emeritus. You don't need an account to be Emeritus, but Zeke will be able to use other Wg Accounts for Wars.
So the first option, and it is priority:
-Wait until Papat's Second appeal gets declined or not, if it gets Accepted, he will serve 3 Months Devotion to Wg before getting Emeritus. If it gets declined however:
-I will hold either a : Lvl 1/Lvl 3/Lvl 4 Vote. Since he's a good guy and has great qualities now, I wouldn't mind him being Emeritus. If I get a majority vote of "No", Then his rank will be changed to Ex-Member unless he gets another account with WG Reqs in a certain time limit.
The accounts he's using right now, is mostly for Boss Killing, he's made a deal with the owner of the account that they will get majority of the money or something.
