The only way I believe you should be able to teleport is with the ring of life. So reduce the question down to:
"Rings of life: Y / N"
"Rings of life: Y / N"

Taken from the rules/requirements thread, that includes rings of life imo. If you think RoL'ing is ok, then change the rules, if not, don't use them.

No, tele'ing is not allowed. And you shouldn't need a RoL tbh. Saving 300k is that important to you?

Tele runes? No, that's sad.
RoL? More of a debatable topic. Brings it down to a matter of are wilderness fights for loot or for the proper reasons of fighting - victory? If you RoL you've effectively been defeated.
While some say its pixel hungry to wear rings, others would say people have a right to use them, because everyone seems to want to PK in low level wilderness nowadays unlike the old days. Personally i'm a cheap git so i tend to use one.

Did you bother reading Saad's post? He just answered saying RoL's are allowed.

You cannot teleport out of the wilderness by using a teleportation spell or item other than a Ring of Life. Meaning no use of the Games Necklace to teleport out of a fight, or an Amulet of Glory to teleport out of a fight.
Although we allow the use of a Ring of Life, we don't endorse the use of it. If you're honestly strapped for cash but still want to raid, go ahead, but if you've got the cash, give it a second thought.
I personally only use Rings of Recoil now as I've got 50+ returning sets stocked so I don't have to worry about running out, and I'm constantly increasing the amount, with the exception of Prayer Potions because of those fucking merchanting clans...

I wasn't sure if Saad was considered to be council or not. And you don't have to be abrasive all the time you know.

I'm not, I say it how it is lol, also Ranks know the rules as good as any council member would do.

Saad's reply sums it up. As often as I have ko, I have never tele away or rol. So I see it as sad thing to do unless you are extremely poor. If that is the case get your butt on rs and make some cash. We have plenty of ways to do that.
