Don't let it slip

The last time WG had a mass leave before the summer was because we stopped raiding, we stopped having events, and we generally just stopped caring. I was partially guilty of that, and it haunts me to this day. But please, we can't let it slip.. again. WG has come very far this summer, I'd never thought I'd see it again, but we were gaining potential.. well until recently. We have to continue raiding, we have to continue recruiting, and we have to be active. What the veterans of the clan do leaves the biggest impact on the rest.

Staff- We need more raid leaders (and more raid). Please give them sign ups. Our memberlist has a shit load of inactives. We need to sort that out. The members are growing restless, we're not that clan a year ago who hated raiding, they love it. They have seen the light, it's fun now. The more the merrier, trust me, there is NO such thing as too many raids.

I'm in the irc right now and the only staff member online is Vephy. It's a problem. Whatever it takes to get motivated.... do it.

But yeah i agree... Staff's activity plays the role in how WG does and we're umm... Yeah lol.

Here's the thing, we got into p2p and activity and growing from mass raiding. The 10man raids every day or so back 3,4 even 5 months ago is what got us so far. We stopped doing so and now look at us. We raid maybe twice a week and members are losing patience. They WANT to raid. Now the way i see it is so what if we have bad numbers, so what if we don't have anyone to track and hunt. Isn't that how we first started?

We have got to make a move already, and soon or else things are going to turn out badly.

Now that the Skills Olympics is over, raiding will start to pick up again. It was just a single where raiding was toned down so there is no need to worry about us becoming a non-raiding clan again.

Also, with school starting up we WILL be hosting more event to give people more of an opportunity to interact with others in the clan.

They are a bit disparate when they asked me on Sunday to lead the Aussie raid. I was like I am allowed to do some pvp kind of stuff because of rank but nooooooooo. lol I'll host something spontaneous when Joe is on with me. I can recap whatever we end up doing. Maybe a CWA or CW mini game.

I agree with the need for a lot more raids. I'll try to come just to add to the numbers. lol

Im on it. Dont worry. I shall host 2 weekday raids this week. And BTO can lead the weekend ones. That makes MINIMUM of 4. Not including the aussie raid. So yea....we dont wanna over do this..seriously.. If we start raiding every day, we will make people not want to raid. Then we are back to square 1 again.

They (BTO and Lee) are doing a good job. Keep in mind it is still just the two of them. With the Olympics over things will get better.

I agree with alot said. We're gonna be needing a new raid leader very soon, and we're gonna need a return to f2p/p2p warring. The last couple of raids have been very monotonous, so we gotta start mixing it up.

I sorta wish Glenn would be active again, he filled the area up where we got wars. Idk he just was fun to go war with too. Someone like this would be a good choice for part of the raid leadership team.

Bring DZ back as a Raid Leader too while you're at it
