Alright well heres the facts

I'm much better suited for leading fights. However, I've always lacked in the department of GETTING fights. If you look at all the events I host, its been mostly raids.

Glenn has always been much better than getting wars then I have. When we florished before our last slump, it was basically all cause of Glenn. He was basically a one man army back then, getting epic fights every week and stuff and keeping our morale high.

Back then, there have been a couple of reasons for our last slump. One could be the large amount of PKRIs consistantly every week. Another was perhaps due to the lack of variety; all we had were F2P Pkris, or F2p fights. I blamed myself alot, since I didnt help Glenn out as I could have.

Now, look at our situation. Its not much different. We have a large amount of P2P Raids, with not much change. Maybe an occasional war every two weeks. The hype is begining to die down, and now, I feel we are headed the same way.

I've been talking to Glenn for some help, and after a bit of talking we started getting some things settled out. Basically, if we had Glenn taking care of the wars (He did a great job if it last time), and me taking care of the P2P, and Lee, we would basically have an awesome team.

However, Glenns still thinking about it.

Basically, if Glenn makes his decision, the plan is for me to step down and take RL. I've always been more of a raiding type then a warring type. Glenn fulfills the Warlord role perfectly and much better. Lets face it, hes great at getting wars, which is EXACTLY what we need right now. Glenn then steps up and takes Warlord.

We dont need to make apps to see what kind of potential we have in WG, when we have someone right here that can do the job.

This would null our need to make Raid Leader applications again, and still allow us to have council elections with no change in the number of council.
