My opinion you are playing a dangerous game, there are too many loonies out there especially on the internet. I would do a background check on the these people before I would even give them my phone number. Please be aware that a few of the nice people can be a wolf in disguise.

Yeah Abs has got a good idea, try and get out his ID card at some point. Not knowing his name won't matter at the start, I rarely refer to people by their names.

When I forget people's names, I usually just call them something like 'dude' or 'bud'... or avoid using sentences that require me to use their names altogether [takes a little skill].


I do have a suggestion: Take a friend or relative and somehow get him to introduce himself to them.
It's a rough plan, so it'd be up to you to organize the more precise details (i.e. location, time, scenario, etc.). And referring to what I mentioned above, you'll have to avoid saying his name until he meets them.

Otherwise, Sith came up with a good idea. Come up with some lame excuse to get his full name. Maybe point out how silly your middle name sounds and then say your full name; make a game out of it. When it's his turn... bingo.

Not sure about random dating. I would not want you to get hurt. Even gays date rape.

If you are juggling this many at once you're gonna forget more than their name. Start keeping some type of notes on them in like a journal or something.
