Lordy-Urgent

Lordy-Urgent is the only highlight I respond to.
It is not to be pranked otherwise I will punish.

I cannot be available to WG as much as I want to be due to studies.
However WG does need me there.
This is the compromise.

When I am needed, highlight me on IRC.

Examples of when to call me (use your logic... What's important and can't wait?)

• There is a PKRI that I am required to be at
• There's spammers in the lobby
• There's a fight in the IRC or on forums
• There's a council meeting
• Teamspeak or forums or Robbiebot have gone down
• You are unhappy with WG and need counselling
• You need to use the clan house
• Spy-related matters
• Council may highlight me whenever

Don't highlight me for these issues:

• You want me at an event
• You want my opinion on a topic (unless my opinion is important)
• You would like a casual chat with me
• Non-clan matters
• Matters that don't require my immediate attention like fixing recruitment topics
• Finding info such as the next event, which you could find out from anyone else.
• If another council member is on and can handle the issue, take it to them first.

And don't pass it onto Non-WG. Once several non-WG get a hold of it I'll just change the highlight.
Hopefully some of the more urgent matters can be settled this way and I can offer some leadership where it is most needed.

But just remember, make sure the matter is important, and needs my attention immediately or within a few hours.
When I am highlighted in this way, you are pulling me away from my study, so just remember that.
I'm OK with that as long as it's not overused or done for trivial things.

As such whenever I am at the computer I will now be on the IRC, and when I am busy my nick will be Lordy-Busy, and when I say AFK, I honestly mean AFK.

Is this the first time you've ever had highlights?

It is nice to know a sure fire way to contact you and to get your attention when an issue at hand needs to be resolved.

I know that I probably won't be using it at all though.
