Alright we gotta start stepping it up.
Its pretty clear that we've lost alot of the quality that we used to have. Our organization is rusty, and our commands are slow to be carried out.

We're going to need more effort in F2P. Switch over to matched fights.
As for P2P Raids; I'd rather not. Theres no one we can take atm. To be honest, if we fought Distortion now, we'd lose. We havent made enough progress in P2P, its crashing down atm.

I'm going to need your guys help more. DZ, I know you just stepped into council, but please try to make sure you can be active this time. Lee, I know you're busy, but as a whole, the pvp leaders need to begin to step it up.

Morale is plummeting soon (it actually already had). This is really a crucial time. We havent had a real successful raid in ages. We've been getting the numbers, but we're not going to hold on to them much longer.

I suggest getting spies into clans.
A lot of this has to do with my own activity or lack there of.
Its reflected by inactivity amoungst the rest of the ranks.

Happens all the time.
Every time I go inactive, WG goes inactive.
I don't know how it works, but they see me inactive and they drop off too.

I can't be overly active though. STUDY.
It's a tough balance.

I really wish you didnt have to publisize the spy issue. We really didnt need their opinion. Generally, we know whats best for the clan and what it needs. This isnt a democracy.

If its something we can do to improve the clan, we should do it. I really dont see the moral problem. If you want my points, they're in the IA.

I agree with BTO, people get bored when we go out and raid, and noone is out to fight....but when we can guarentee a fight...they shun from the idea?
