Spying: The Verdict

I will be going with the *slight* majority from the poll.
Spying will not happen in WG.
This is my moral code: Act in a way you wish others to act toward you.
The Wilderness Guardians clan is going to embody the purity that dwindles in the clan world.
We are going to be proud to be the most honourable clan in Runescape.
There are other ways to become strong.
My attention will go toward heavier recruitment and better quality fights in the wilderness.
Sorry to those of you that wanted this badly.
I voted for it too.
But then I remembered what sort of line we carry.
Most of you are too recent in our history to recall how hard we battled to preserve honour.
We are going to be the clan whose morals are so pure, nobody will challenge our integrity.

Sad just sad i thought we were taking the right step for once.. were not hacking there forums and were not DDOSing there members were simply finding out when they're in the wilderness and when they're coming for us. We don't plan on crashing we don't plan on corrupting there clan from the inside just that one simple thing. I think this is a load of crap but obviously this clan isn't ready to take a step towards pvp improvement. Spying is a part of war whether we like it or not.

That would make them hypocrites considering how most clans do it themselves. I mean, they can't flame us for spying if they have spies in other clans.

Interesting. I thought the whole "making a new recruitment post & getting posters" was supposed to be going on, seems like it died. And better quality fights - No. I don't even get what that is supposed to mean. If we can get better quality fights then why didn't we already? I'd hate to remind you but not only do we have a weak variety of clans to fight but they're all mostly nh. Speaking of which brings me back to my previous point, they won't give a shit if we spy.

Thank you. In all honesty I would lose some respect for our own clan if we went through with it. Then again I'm not much of a PvPer so I don't really know how much it benefits the clan.

IF we had one, the most we could use it for is to see WHEN they have pk trips. Not wars. Clans go pking in search of other clans, we're just making the process 10x easier and keeping our members from getting bored on pk trips. We're not crashing anything, not welfaring, and not teleing so how is it nh.

I never actually called it NH. I do think it's cheap and not the right way to go about things.

My advice for future in WG . . . please don't come ask us this again. Now we have a history of considering spying. It is like a blemish on the inside that the the outside can't see.

Really, the aim is to NOT contribute toward the degrading standards of clans. By spying, we are expanding the attitude that clans should violate the privacy of other clans.
This clan world has been hit by a virus, and that virus is a combination of immaturity, disrespect, and hatred. We will stay immune from it, and be all the better off.

Furthermore Randy, better quality fights means fights in which we have rules that benefit us. That CWA thing was a total mockery because they are a CWA regular clan and we're P2P PVP. We're going to get fights that more more fun and they may not be straight wins, but they will pump up the members.
Heavy recruitment is on the way, but it is not something I will be championing. I am looking for someone (HINT) to lead a recruitment team, as outlined in my Mega-announcement.

WG's out! Rune Farm! Let's go clear them in 30 seconds with our 30 man pull in 5 minutes because they can't mass more than 20 to a mandatory raid.

Spying does not equal bigger pulls... The issue we're discussing here is spying on other clans, and has nothing to do with how many people we can pull.

If people knew that when they were joining WG that they wouldn't have a chance of getting cleared without a fight, I bet we'd have a lot more members, and with a lot more members we'd have a larger pull.
And if we know where clans are so that we can avoid them and not get cleared, getting cleared is not really an option. ANd then we get more members. And then we don't get cleared because we have a larger pull.It's full circle that starts with sneaky.
