We can't just hand out Emeritus like it's a right to people that have been in the clan for X+ years. The rank has an equivalent and it's Higher Guardian.

I think last time if i remember correctly, he vanished completely, came back, came inactive again, etc.
Something along those lines.
Although hes a cool guy, he keeps returning form inactivity and then asking for emeritus
