Public recaps forum?

Just an idea I had, sometimes you have events that are worthy of an appropriate recap (i.e unique skill event, a raid trip, a PKRI/war or even a good boss hunt), why not duplicate the threads from your private events recap forum and post it on the public one?

Pros:
1. Ex-members would know whats WG been up to lately
2. Guests would be able to find out what WG is all about when it comes to events, increasing the chances of better recruitment & quality members for the sort of clan WG is.
3. this that you know.. L


Cons: Since I know you sometimes do PK trips in the same time weekly (Unless that changed), people would find out your PK times. However this can easily be fixed by simply not posting the times

Nothing else really, just edit out any vital info from the topic when you post the public recap

Yeah, I think I'll do that for my events, seeing as they're non-PvP related so it wouldn't really harm us.

Actually sounds like a good idea. But only for non pvp events and wars tho.

And posting raid recaps really can't hurt, wouldn't be any different from a RSC post.

The Council have actually discussed this on more than two occassions.... maybe we should re-discuss now
Also ... if you just wait 2-3 months, the recap pictures are posted on wg.com

I could see public events having the recap here though more events should be public also then.

Some things in recap are only for members to read. Like TS meetings. Raids we have a set times. Even our responses to some things, we might just like kept private too.
