What It Takes For Higher Guardian.

Here are a few guidelines for you guys to follow if you aspire to one day obtain a promotion to Higher/Elite Guardian.

These ranks are given to members when they have proved they can be role models for their clanmates.

What does that mean? A bunch of small little things, but also a few big words.

On the forums:

-Greet new members
-Make High Quality Posts of a certain Length
-Be Helpful
-Positive attitude (no negativity)

On IRC:

-Say hello to people who enter
-Don't spam, repeat lines too much
-Spamming event notifications when they are approaching
-Be Helpful
-Avoid flaming, provocation

On RuneScape:

-Attend Events as frequently as possible.
-Add other WG members and speak to them
-Train combat skills
-Coming to another member if he needs help

On RSC/Public Forums:

-Display a positive image of WG
-Follow that forum's rules
-You represent WG, so don't flame/bait
-Attempt to recruit members to the clan

Overall:

Be helpful, enthusiastic, mature, active, polite, don't suck up, strive to be as good a member as you can. Participation remains very important.

Of course, you need to have been in the clan a for a certain period of time, to prove your loyalty.

Going for elite

To me this is a guide of how to be normal something you should always do.

I hope to prove to you all again that I should have my elite rank back. But if not I am content. You know I wub you guys! And will always help those who need it.

But let's face it, I can't fight any better than the evil chicken. But I will hang in there and keep trying.

I skipped higher guardian before lol, went:

Trial>Guardian>Elite>Raid Leader>Clan friend>Ex-member>Trial>Guardian

I have been so many things in WG. I can't explain what it means for this place to be in existance for me.
I will always love it, it is home, simply look at who all is here, who has left and returned to make this a better place.

My main goal is to prove myself to worthy enough of the Higher Guardian Rank, and hopefully, throughout the month of september and october, I will be able to show that worth and dedication required to go above and beyond my rank of guardian, in light of EVEN having a chance of deserving Higher Guardian
