I'm Raging-this is 100% bs.

Alright, so we had a war today against lnd.

I massed on time, geared up, followed made it until LND was there with us-then got cut.

I reworked my afternoon schedule for this war. There's shit I gotta get done today, but I postponed it so I could take part i nwhat would be my frist war in WG.

And i got cut.

I wasn't late like several people were. Peopel even volunteered to be cut.

But I got cut.

Now I wont even get attendance-this will be the 3rd event i've massed for, and rthe2nd i've been told i'll still get attendance for. I never eceived attendance for the first one. I even stayed to watch, and was the first kileldwhen the war was crashed.

On top of all else, Whizzy decided to start flaming me in IRC. She was totally out of line, and she refused to apologize.

I honestly don't know if i'm staying, due to Whizzy mainly, and the fact that i'll probably be denied attendance yet again. But yea, pretty much 95% Wizzy.

On top of all else, i've now been accused of flaming back.

But i've told you 3 times. You will get attendance, no one ever said you wouldn't be. BTO said it, Leecable said it. Now i've said 4 times.


And you got cut b/c you're level 104, with very little current war experience, as opposed to say o.....me. Who's 118, with 1.5 years or warring experiance, or jess, who's 126 and was raid leader.

It happens, and it happened to be too (Second war)

First, you will get attendance. You came.

Second, the cutting process is only there to benefit the clan, and unfortunately not everyone can make it. The cutting factors go Leaders -> on Teamspeak -> Binding -> Combat (if same, warring experience). There are rarely exceptions to this. If you're wondering why combat is a deciding factor, it's because (obviously) you'll do better with higher stats.

Third, flaming, no matter who, is out of line.

You will get attendance. Don't worry about that.
Also I have been cut multiple times in wars and I have even skipped hanging out with my girlfriend for one or two and have been cut. It is just something that is there and you can't really help the leader's decision.

Don't worry. Walk out of this with your chin up and just ignore what has happened.

lower cmb's get cut, we need highs lvl in a matched. this happens in every clan
if you cant live with this. there are 2 options:

1: go train your combat, you wont get cut

2: its for the benfit of the clan that you get cut, so we have an increased chance to win.
if you still dont see this is why you got cut after the above, you dont have the clan spirit.
no offence or w/e (and im sure i will get warn lvl for this) you should better leave then.

I'm really sorry to hear you got cut Imp, you sound like a good guy from what I've heard. Truth is though, at some time or another, everyone gets cut because levels really do make a difference. Even I have been cut, when i was 123 combat with 6 months warring experience (much more now )because someone else had a better agility than me.

we also RARELY do matched opts fights like this. I don't expect us to have another one for a while. Also, by training combat, you are more likely to get into the war. Take Mickey (maddness990) for example, he started out getting cut like 3 wars in a row, I think he even nearly left as a result of it once (not sure though), but he trained a lot and a year later he was a Raid leader (very good one too).

Guess what I'm trying to say is don't give up, there'll be other fights, and you will get a chance to help WG on the warring front.

I was in the very first war WG ever fought, in the famous DoA war, and many raids.
You get better with practice and training your combat.

As for the flaming that was going on, there is absolutely no excuse for it.
Whizzy used to be a raid leader, but apparently has lost her ability to
offer encouragement.
Don't give her another thought.

Jenny is right on. Don't give up. I've gotten cut many times and will volunteer to let others war instead of me often. The order of cutting has to do with TS, then binds, then combat, and then war experience in WG. (At least that is how it always seems to break down.)

I'm glad I didn't see the flaming cause I would be extremely disappointed in it. Tempers flair and words go spoken that should of been kept silent. Apologizing and forgiveness is the best thing. I hope this will happen.

A post like this is important to us. It gives a view of how others might see things.

dude, I was cut my first like 5 wars. It's totally normal. You just gotta realize that there is room for improvement, and get 'er done. I trained a bit and in no time I was slayin nubz wiff ma homiez.

Ok fine the real reason is I wanted the cool cape.
If you want to war more you have to get the levels and the experience. Most people get cut their first few wars (assuming you outpull the other clan)

who cares about attendance and since when has it mattered in a realistic since, its semi-important but its not a huge deal.

Next is your level 104 and your brand new, in a war setting knowing that you will be dependable and not snipe when ur not told too etc is some other things, annnnd you probably arent very used to tanking yet.....sorry but tis the truth.

Attendance will come. It takes some time to update it.

As for getting cut, you have to realize that the other 20 people there also took time out of their real lives to come themselves.

Teamspeak is critical to being able to fight. Without teamspeak, we'd get railed every single time against the same tier clans.

It was the same reason Obi was cut right off the bat. No teamspeak = no fight.

Our priority is basically:
Leaders - > Teamspeak - > Hybrids/Combat -> Experience

You were not on teamspeak, which is probably the most critical part. You were also lower leveled in comparision to the others. As for experience, I dont really know how experienced you are because I havent seen it yet. But the fact is, you never got to the Hybrids/Combat/Experience stage because you werent on teamspeak.

As for Whizzy, she was talked to on teamspeak while we were cutting.

Imp, don't you think this is somewhat of a over reaction ? It was one war, I remember being cut once when I was a trial. It's nothing big. I hope that your anger will come under controll because I had a huge issue with one of my previous mentee and anger. As to why I replied late, it is because I might possibly have the H1N1 virus.
