Hey guys,
Having trouble with a translation.
Translation:
The meaning of sleep is important for the skill to remember shows newer research.
The human memory is built up in stages. At first you collect knowledge about a subject - For example by reading - but when you start doing other things, this knowledge starts disappearing. While you sleep, some of the lost knowledge is recreated. The last stage is first achieved the next day when you try to recall what you read. Have you been sleeping well, the brain remembers new knowledge better than if the sleep was
inadequate. From this information the conclusion is clear: A good night’s sleep help tremendously on the memory.
Anything wrong with this?

It's very basic, I'll try not to make it too complicated and just make some small grammar fixes (Just rearranging and simplifying).
"The meaning of sleep is important for the skill to remember shows newer research."
Change to:
"Newer research shows that sleep is important for the skill to remember."
(Or instead of "the skill to remember", just "memory" would work there I think)
~
"The last stage is first achieved the next day when you try to recall what you read."
Change to:
"The last stage is when you try to recall what you read the next day."
~
"Have you been sleeping well, the brain remembers ..."
Change to:
"If you slept well, the brain remembers ..."
~
"A good night’s sleep help tremendously on the memory."
I would re-write that as:
"A good night's sleep helps the memory tremendously."
