HDDs help

Someone move this to Tech support please.

Purple arrows don't match up. Why? blink.gif

Also why does HDD 0 supposedly have 76 gigs but I only get 74?

My main one is #1, I added in another drive from an older computer for more space. It boots up from #1 not #0 because that's the only way I could fit both drives inside the tower mellow.gif

Don't expect to get the full potential out of a hard drive. I know with iPods and such, if you get a 16gig you can only use about 15.2gigs.

Oh no, I changed the windows to blue from cyan of course.

I'm just going through the phase of discovering the classic color schemes. I like it better than XP anyway.

Correct, pretty sure this has something to do with there being 2 ways of calculating a Gigabyte.

i.e, 1 Gigabyte can = either 1000 x 1000, or 1024 x 1024.

This is hearsay of course, I have absolutely no idea what I'm talking about.
