Never really been a car person myself. Much less an Asian car.
I'd rather have your neighbor's truck across the street. Silverado 2500 extended cab. I'm gonna be getting one eventually..whenever I have money

just a little bit of an education. starting in/around 2004 the nissan maxima is now assembled in smyrna, tennessee so its technically not an asian car but a JAPANESE company
p.s. my car will go 300k miles, good luck getting that many out of that silverado

Now I don't want to get into a huge discussion about automobiles, but I'll say a few things. And trust me, I know what I'm talking about. I live in Detroit and most of my family is involved with the auto industry here.
Are you trying to say that your Nissan is an American car? Yes, many Japanese and Korean companies have assembly plants here in the US to cut down on shipping costs. But the point is, all the PROFITS that they make on a vehicle go right back to Japan or Korea. And yes, it technically IS an Asian car because it was developed in Asia, is distributed by an Asian company, and an Asian company receives all the profits. Ford has assembly plants in Mexico, but do you call their vehicles Mexican?
And about the 300k thing..don't make me laugh. My old S-10 had 200k+ miles and was going strong before I crashed it. It endured Michigan winters and worked almost nonstop doing landscaping, scrapping metal, and more. American trucks are the toughest vehicles out there. And you can get ANY vehicle to go 300k+ miles depending on what you do with it and how well you take care of it.
Now enough of this gay banter. Nice looking car you got there.
