New req?
By Havochaha on 22/09/2009
Not a combat req but a raiding practice requirement to graduate?
Basically we have p2p and f2p raid practice (formations + information). Where we would practice spreading + other tactics we could always use in p2p pking mostly. This would be the substitute of a war practice as I haven't seen one since I have rejoined. Discuss

As well as a req to graduate. All current members must attend one such event.

Another question, how would we do these raid practices?

Run around safe wilderness for a while showing how to like example: charge and spread. Certain location names what to do in certain situations. Then if we have enough people we go pking (or pull enough because not all people have to go to these events but trials have to its mandatory.)

A typical post from you. Omar= constantly making pnsbutt out of combat levels. We do need our war practives back. You can see what happens without them.

War practice at cwa is good for raid practice just use the other type of portal. Go to a cwa world. Raid/war practice are sorta the same thing. But if you are at cwa you could do like some of both. Like go into cwa against just a few people to show the basics then the other portal to try it out. You may even end up in a war.
It would be great to have our practices back.
So this would be like one practice added on to 5 events which at least one of the events have to be a war/raid thing? That making it a total of 6 events for a graduation?

1) Trials hardly ever learn anything
2) The only other people attend know what they're doing.

Dude having code names for secret maneuvers would be legit as fuck.

Rach if I read your post correctly, your saying we can practice in cwa? if so We would want to practice in the wildy so that our attacks to be co-ordinated with the landscape so that we could use it to our advantage.

The war training requirement on graduations did not last more than a month. What makes you think that this will be a constant event that will be taken seriously?
I just don't see this idea lasting. It would be interesting to test and it would be good for the PvP aspects of WG, though.

You don't seem to be in the bets of moods while psoing in suggestions, Joe. :/
1) Don't stereotype Trials, not all of them go without learning anything.
2) So what? It's practice.
Raid practice I agree with. Having it mandatory for Trials, when half the time no one is even on to host said practice, isn't such a good idea, imo.

Maybe you should PM this idea directly to new and the new raid leader when he is elected. Which should be very very soon.
Looks at Gorgemaster.

TBH, we dont have the influx of members for us RL's to host a tank practise, for 4 people. You learn shit all. Its not worth it. You learn more, attending Raids, and wars.
