On the announcements bar, where it says ...::Wilderness Guardians::... announcements, mini war, etc.
I figured it needed an update, especially since the 2mighty miniwar was done 2 weekends ago, and the Message of the Week too.

L even when I was new to HTML I knew how to update a simple scroll bar lol.
