These sign ups are pathetic. I posted this raid 5 days ago. In that time, I've made a red/flashing IA topic, made the topic huge and red, and sent over 10pms + spammed it in the irc.

As you can see, not only did about 50% of the clan sign up, but about 10% of those who did actually came. That's repulsive.

I know this topic isn't asking for excuses, but weekends are just generally a bad time for me (Weekends include friday nights fgts).
However, I agree, activity in general, including just signing up, needs to be improved. Ideas anyone?

I don't think this topic is a matter of "why didn't the staff show up" but one of "why are our sign-ups and attendance shit".
I think we might have to go through with another inactivity sweep soon to see where we are really at. Like even when it comes to wars it will be tough to find a clan our strength when we don't even know what our own strength is.
We have to find a way to motivate people to start coming to raids and events.

This is the thing that makes me the MOST angry in WG, oh.. except when Kyle dc's in IRC when i'm talking to him

What can we do? Do nothing YET YET YET!
Do 2 more of these raid signups.
When we have 3, we see who hasn't signed up and they're gone from the clan unless they have a genuine reason.
Same goes for people who say 100% yes and don't attend.
Utterly disagraceful.

Well we aren't pulling anyone anymore. I've had to discourage two people from resigning. If there is anything we and yourself as an individual can do this is it. We might be shutting down completely soon... Meh.
