Analysis: Why are people leaving?

So why are people leaving?

I think it comes down to 2 things:
1) Activity
2) Amount of pking

We need to find ways to step up in these sections.

Buzzard(Kyle) didn't fit in
All the dutch people were bandwagoning
Zemus hasn't had enough pvp

Fuck em, They won't have much of an effect, we just need to up our game in recruiting

No offence to the current dutch, as many of you (Ludo, Frozen) do NOT fit into the category.... however......
All the dutch joined at once, did the WG thing TOGETHER and so if one leaves, most of the dutch will leave.
This was inevitable from the beginning.

George is right, i did kinda expect this to happen way back when they all joined, im Glad Frozen has said he is NOT going to leave

If Moose stays I'll be relieved. I think mark will stay too after having talked to him.

Didn't particularly like fraggie's excuse for not coming to raid. He said he was spammed too much on irc. I complain a little that is a lame excuse. Next thing I know he is leaving. Go figure.

Activity should be solved before the amount of pking, because if the members really cared they would at least show up the pking events. The ones who really enjoy it get frustrated by the weak pulls.

I think I mentioned to Lee in PM that 7 people were thinking of leaving about 2 weeks ago now. I saw some of this coming.

It doesn't help when we have mean and immature posts on their leavings. Would you want to change your mind when you get such an unfriendly/mean response?

They have 3 days for us to help them to see they are making a mistake. I don't mean begging people to stay or any of that, but sometimes people get mad and only need to vent and regroup their thoughts.
