No, Council said that people had to sumit a photo to be part of this, and nobody could come up with a photo for Jenny, so they ordered a revote, nobody complained, council decision.

they should have told it before the first voting. Why would you change/set up new rules AFTER the voting, are you fkn kidding me? that's SO not fair...f the voting, it shows how meaningless these awards are. \
