As a free player you do not have your own Adventurer's Log, but you can view other players' profiles. Type in another player's account name to search for their public profile.

To get the real no lifing rate, calculate hours/day.
For me:
138 days = 3312 hours
365 x 4 = 1460 days (assuming I retired a year ago)
3312/1460 = 2.3 hours a day for four years, not horrible.
