Not long after I was appointed Raid Leader, I was reading one of Robbie's posts. I thought his signature at the time looked really cool, so I checked the properties of it, and found out that it was hosted on his website. I went to his website and looked through the folder his signature was in. I came across a file named "bot.php.txt", which was the main section of RobbieBot in a text file. I discovered that the file contained the password to the bot, and I was curious as to whether or not it would work on the forums. So I attempted to log in to RobbieBot on the forums, and to my surprise it worked. Since then, I've had access to level four, and this is how I knew so much about WG even once I left. Today Dale was boasting that he still had level four access, and he was able to list the sort of topics currently in the forum. This is after the council have changed their passwords numerous times, yet the password to RobbieBot has been the same. Aswell as this, Sooth has the IRC password for the bot, and the IRC and forum password are both the same, so he too could have access to the account. I deserve to be banned, after I betrayed your trust. You didn’t ban me when you first found out that I had access to your private forums, because you respected me, but you should have banned me. I don’t deserve your respect anymore. As this will probably be my last time speaking to you, I want you to know that I have always respected you. I was able to get to know you when I was in WG, and you were a great friend. Thanks for everything. |

Aside from that, here is evidence taken from the ACP.
I honestly can't believe we didn't spot this... in what...? 6 months?
When WG members find out they're gonna have a fuckin field day... ugh.. oh well.. what's done is done.
Gene/Robbie - you need to change the RobbieBot forum password, only the Root Admins can do this.
The same goes for the RobbieBot IRC account as that is now compromised as well.
Same for TS accounts.
Is there anything else that Dale could have had access to that we can change the password of? Memberlists... what can he do with those
I have mutually banned him from IRC and forums.
Haven't made the Hall of Shame post or the Goodbye forum post..... i'll do these unless you want to Gene?
Mickey never meant to hurt anyone. He has turned himself in now so that Dale's access is removed and he can no longer have that leverage over us.
Pretty noble, but we have to ban him.

I'm surprised he actually turned himself in like this. You go ahead and do the HoS/Goodbye topics. Better to get it out of the way now before everyone starts screaming at us "inactive council" some more.
