We've received many reports of hostiles pillaging the defenseless villages of innocent civilians, snatching anything valuable while leaving nothing but ashes behind them. These villages and their families are devastated and struggling to survive while the local authorities fail to bring justice. These dangerous bandits are mostly incognito, disguising themselves as members of popular clans to hide their identities. With the citizens of Runescape in distress, the Wilderness Guardians have been called to stop these wicked criminals and return the belongings back to their rightful owners.
Your duty is simple. Whenever the Wilderness Guardians enter the Wilderness for a clan event, there is a chance you can bring justice to our enemies by killing them in battle. If one of these enemies happens to be a notorious village plunderer they will drop an artifact of which they stole. If you happen to receive one of these artifacts, be sure to take a screenshot of your loot pile and post it in The Outpost. You will receive Bounty Hunter points depending on the rarity of the artifact (see list below). One of our fellow guardians, Mandrith, will supply you with a reward of gold pieces if you bring him the artifact.
The Wilderness Guardians leaders are granting point bonuses if you meet certain circumstances. You will receive +4 Bounty Hunter points if you got your kill while maging (includes teleblocking). Every month there will be an assigned Bounty of the Month, which is an artifact worth double the regular amount of points during that month. Random bonuses can be added to important events by leaders. All bonuses stack (ex. If you mage and get the Bounty of the Month you get 2x +4 points).
Every month one guardian will be crowned Bounty Hunter of the Month. To achieve this title you must obtain the most Bounty Hunter points in that month. The receiver of this title will get recognition in the Hall of Hunters as well as the main clan memberlist.
