Job Is God

There's always something everytime, every week or even day, there's something that Job has got himself into.

I've saved Job many many many times over and over from being kicked, because I think he will change. He's gotten...I don't know, 12 Chances or so? And he's using that to show off, he's using it as a type of "Achievement".

He even shows VERY LITTLE respect to me, even though I helped him out.

Although,

He's very active on Rs and trains well, he helps members every now and then with mIRC and so.

I can't see him improving, most of them time when I give people a chance, they change, this one is a bad egg.

I've just been talking to him...
I don't really think he gives a **** whether he stays or not...
I've talked to the council and Lordy countless times, asking if they can give him yet another chance.. but he throws it back in our face.

There are in my opinion Pros and Cons to him staying:

Pros:
Very Active
Trains a hell of a lot
Attends most wars, events (if asked)
Can be a dam good friend if you let him...

Cons:
Flames
Doesn't take Orders
Listens to very few members of staff, with the exception of some.
Has had perhaps one chance too many now...

I honestly don't know....

i don't mind him so i'de like to see him stay

He has been using the fact that WG has taken him back time and time again to misbehave and promise he'll change a lot. He stays calm for a while, then does it again.

As Gorge has said... Job can be a very good member, but when he chooses to be. He has very little respect for any one in WG that I've seen. He even tries my patience....

My vote is for Ex-Member. He's had more chances, and hasn't reformed for more than a week or 2 each time. But don't fall for him trying to sweet talk back in next time... Or the 15 billion times after.

I do not regret this choice, he has proven many times that no matter how many times he has been offered a chance to come back, he can't control his behavior.

unsure, there are pros and cons about it. It's really up to the leader to decide.

I never thought of him as a great friend.
The first post i had posted regarding him.... got me a 20% warn level...

anyways, i know what he's done. He's been giving countless chances, i say either banned next time it happens. or clan friend.

Get him on a leash and make him calm down. It seems that that has failed. I know him somewhat well, I shall talk to him man on man and try to reach through to him. If he doesn't, kick his rude ass out of here.

I said banned. He obviously doesn't care about the rules, he comes and gets kicked every time, then he complains and gets back in. This is mainly why I voted no:

The only thing I see positive about this bloke is the fact he trained a lot.
Apart from that, negativity + disrespect are common traits which are evident a lot when conversing with wg members.

If one is to wear their warn levels + "second chances" like badges of achievements, then one of two things are wrong. Either job himself has totally got the wrong idea, or the implementation of our current "2nd...10th chances" system does not keep members on a tight enough leash. Too many chances were given to job, and what has become of it? Job, still here, still in wg with his negativity + disrescpect.

Ok, looking at the positive. He trains + is active? Well that's fine + good, however he is only 1 member out of a bunch of us who have trained lately. Hell, even I'm training, may not be as fast, but it gets the job done eventually.

Taking 1 member off our memberlist, might lower the combat average by 0.1? But what do we get for this?
Peace of mind that there is less disrespect within wg.
If you've tried to make him change + he hasn't time after time, then I'd show him the door.

I don't know him well enough to have a completely unbiased say in this, but I think maybe we should just let him know that he is on his definite final last chance and anymore nonsense will not be tolerated?
