Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

Campaign: Epic.
Spec Ops: Haven't tried it, but sounds Epic.
Multiplayer: Epic.

New guns: some classic names from all over the world, really awesome stuff. I'm loving the UMP45 atm. Attached can be nade launchers, shotguns, thermal sights, and rapid fire abilities to make you pro.

New equipment: THROWING KNIVES ARE FREAKING PRO, also the ability to choose your own spawn point and several other things are straight up awesome

New perks: some are REALLY cool, being able to get ammo from dead people, having 2 attachments, being completely hidden, lowering killstreak requirements, etc

Kill/Death streaks: Unlock and choose your own killstreaks, and now get a DEATHstreak award if you suck and die alot. At 25 straight kills you get a NUKE that instawins the game lol. Some of the other killstreaks are seriously cool too. Final Stand deathstreak = last stand perk with your PRIMARY weapon and the ability to be revived if you survive.

Accolades: the best(or worst) in the game at something? Now you get special medals showing everything you've accomplished, theres a TON of these.

New title system: 22 pages each with 24 titles, that's over 500 available just to show what you're really good at.

^ lol. Worse comment ever, my kill death ration is on 4.02 and I love it. Game is very easy as long as you have any kind of skill! I got to launch a nuke yesterday... But it's rubbish. 25 kills, you launch it, a countdown timer appears for 10 seconds, screens go white... it kills EVERYONE (but it does add to your 25 kill streak) and the game ends - I mean, yes... your team does win... but if someone has 25 kills without dying.. your team is most likely to win anyway lol.

lol I gotta get back into it, my KDR is like... .8? ffs I've only got a 25+ killstreak ONCE in CoD4 how can you do that already lol. The nuke seems kinda lame tbh... but it is good if you're PRO and get 25 kills and your team sucks so bad that your still losing... kinda solves that situation lol.

On the old game my highest kill streak was like 33? This time it's 29, becuase the nuke kills their entire screen then ends game, i've disabled nuke now anyway. Love the game, but hate the fact it's not working now The playstation network couldn't handle the demand loool

Yeah, I heard it went down cos PSN couldn't cope with more than 5 people online.

Edit: On topic, 980/1000 Gamerscore on it before release day. Spec Ops is HARD, at least the last 2 are anyway. Multiplayer is rapesauce. Campaign is best singleplayer game I've played ever. MW2 made me drop Halo 3 and Borderlands.

Yo peoples, i got this for PS3 and love it. Having quite a few problems at the moment though with connecting to my friends into private matches etc, partying up or playing co-op campaign. Apparantly inf ward are sorting it by ths friday so i can't wait, playing some multiplayer games already and it's so WIN!

lol ps3 exploded? nice. I haven't tried specops yet but I gotta go and get all the gamerscore, I'm an achievement whore for some games. BTW TACTICAL INSERTION FTW, I got 10 kills off that in one game lmao, I kept putting it in the back of this room and camping with my sniper, any time i'd die i'd spawn right behind the dude and knife him in the back, eventually they started coming 2-3 at a time and i'd get all of them and in the lobby theyre like WTF U CHEATER. love it.

BEST SNIPER TACTIC/SETUP:

Intervention w/ Heartbeat Sensor + ACOG or Thermal Scope(or FMJ if you like normal scope, OR none and use Scavenger instead of Bling)
Whatever sidearm you want
Tactical Insertion
Bling(or Scavenger)
Cold Blooded
Ninja or Scrambler(Or Steady Aim pro for longer breaths)

Camp in a high location in a closed in area(preferably in a closed room with a window) and setup Tactical Insertion either in the back of the room or around a corner or something. Camp the window or wherever you'll be sniping from and keep an eye on the heartbeat sensor in case someone gets close. If they do, go hide in a corner and kill them when they come in the room. If you die, you can spawn asap and knife them. Getting kills by sniping as well as 'jack in the box' kills from tactical insertion guarantees a positive K/D ratio as well as a load of fun when you get back to lobby and everyone thinks you cheated.

Just finished the campaign on Veteran and i love the campaign.

Multiplayer is awesome, favourite map is Afghan/Terminal.

Spec Ops, got like 45ish Stars.

My playstyle in CoD4 was pretty much LOLLEEROYJENKINS and rushing all over the place, resulting in high kills and usually even higher deaths. The Heartbeat sensor, however, kinda forces me to stay back and move more carefully. It lets you see around corners without even looking and be prepared for when enemies are about to jump you. On derailed I was in the center building camping the stairs and watching the HBS for people trying to come around the other side, I knived and rangered people for killstreaks of like 6-7 before someone finally got me, and got a few nice care packages of like Chopper Gunner, Harrier Strike, and an EMP. <3 care packages.

Also had a LOT of fun using this one on Terminal:

P90 w/ Holographic Sight
Akimbo Rangers
Throwing Knives + Stun Grenades
Marathon
Lightweight
Ninja Pro

Ran around sprinting and knifing/throwing knifing people the entire game, got some insane killstreaks doing just that. KNIVES ROCK.

LAST NIGHT I GOT 70 WOOOT, I'll prestige tonight after doing a few more challenges and stoof. Last game(the one I got 70 in) I had my killstreaks set up like this: UAV(3), Predator Missle(5), Pavelow(9): Got up to 9 kills and unleashed the Pavelow which took me from 9-0 to 25-0 in under a minute, i got the Epic title with it which I will wear from now until forever.

My last game last night I went 81-24 by running and gunning and calling in a chopper gunner(got OMNICIDE with that, kill entire enemy team in 10 seconds), was pro.

Got a 35 Killstreak last night, in the game right after I left ur party Buzz xD It's the highest I can see on my friendlist... not having a nuke equipped = beast killstreaks lmfao.
