Fucking gear,

Right, me and randy, are sick of people leaving raids, saying 'oh, im outa gear lulz'. So basically...

Im going to start checking gear, ill update the screenies now. Ill give people 3 days, then ill start checking randomly. If they dont have gear, give them 3 days to get it, and then im proposing demotion, back to trial guardian. Simple as. No fucking around. If they are elite/higher guardians, they should know better, and should be setting an example. EVERYONE should have gear, hell, im even checking george's gear when he gets back.

I was going to start doing mass gear checks at the end of this week (its part of my week 2 duties from Eugene) but if you want to do some now you can go ahead I guess.
